You have 14 days from the day your kit arrives to request a return for a full refund.
- In resellable condition
- Unused /unplayed
- In its original packaging
To start a return, just email us at hello@theplaymakers.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
🧚Items We Can’t Accept Back
We’re a small brand and want to keep things fair. For hygiene and digital access reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Clearance or marked final sale items (we’ll always label these clearly)

Our pre-orders are made to measure and reserved just for you — which means they are not eligible for cancellation or return unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Missing Items
Oh no! If your parcel arrives damaged or something’s missing, email us at hello@theplaymakers.shop within 48hrs
Please include photos of the packaging and the item(s) so we can sort it out quickly for you.
