Processing Times

• All orders are packed with care in London.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of purchase.

• During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

UK Shipping

• Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (available at checkout).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

EU & International Shipping

• We’ll be expanding to more and more countries at check out you'll have access to the info— sign up to our Fairy Mail for updates.

Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (for future international orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

• Unfortunately, we can’t control these fees, and they are not included in our shipping rates.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.

• If items arrive damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery (with photos), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
